Also, listings with a 3D Home tour got, on average, two times the amount of views as listings without. These unbranded tours can be shared on MLS and social media!
Single Property Website

Our talented image specialists can add furniture and decor to your photos, eliminating the need for an expensive home stager.

What makes us different:
We LOVE to help our agents stage their listings. As long as the agent is present, we will help rearrange furniture, straighten beds and pillows, remove clutter, etc. We realize that when a house is properly staged and decluttered, it makes OUR work look better, which makes properties sell faster.
To prepare a listing for a photo shoot:
· Turn on every light and lamp, including exterior lighting. Replace any burned out light bulbs.
*. Turn OFF all ceiling fans.
· Open all blinds and window treatments.
· Clean up the property inside and out. Mow the grass.
· Remove items from ALL flat surfaces. Especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Clutter will ruin the presentation of the home.
· Close the garage doors.
· Move all boxes to one corner of your garage or put them all in one room.
· Board pets for the day and remove all of their belongings.
· Park all vehicles away from the house and out of sight.
